WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS This warranty does not extended to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to ABS Plastic shrouds Upholstery and seating Fuses/Bulbs Motor brushes and transaxle rubber Tires and tubes Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized, IN ADVANCE, by LANDLEX Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent, IN ADVANCE, form LANDLEX Your scooter package may contain a complimentary free battery set. This gradually deteriorating item is NOT covered by LANDLEX warranty.
